Valentine's Day

So it's Valentine's Day. That's pretty cool. This is the first year i'm not celebrating Singles Awareness Day. Last year's was pretty odd. hahah.

In other news, I really need to get an extension of my history paper...yuck. Not enough time at all.

Soda

So it appears that I have not had any soda to drink since about January 6. That means that i've gone without it for a month! dang! That's a new record for me, for sure.

Not So Fun

Well, this weekend has been not so great for sleep. My roommate's friend stayed in our room and as you can tell from me being up at 8 in the morning on a sunday (i go to church on saturday night), something is wrong. Well, this friend snores. A lot. And loudly. And in every conceivable way. Sometimes it's loud in and out, others it's just loud outwards like Katy blowing her nose. Hours and hours and music just can't compete, he better be out of here before tomorrow night. I just can't take the snoring anymore. It's driving me crazy.

Football Cards

So for the past year my friend has been giving me football cards, mostly of the Chargers, but I also have recieved a few Jon Kitna cards (heh, Jon Kitna) and a Kellen Clemens card. Oh yeah. One of the Jon Kitna and the Clemens are both jersey cards, woot.

So thats pretty exciting, right?

So instead of doing a funny video, i'll do one that I find awesome, cool, weird, or yes-- awesome. Here we go.

So I thought this was kinda funny. I mean there's a baby and a dog. Can't go wrong with that I suppose.

The Road

A few nights ago I saw a movie called The Road. The Road is a post-apocalyptic story about a man (Viggo Mortensen) and his son (Kodi Smit-McPhee) traveling south to reach the coast. There really isn't much more to the plot than that. It's really just a basic story of survival. Survival from starvation, the elements around them, and worst of all-- cannibals. Yep. It appears in whatever disaster that took place, there's no food really left in the world. Not any fresh food anyways. So there are many cannibals within this story.
While not being the most engaging movie, The Road is an interesting tale of how the world may be if some untold disaster did in fact destroy all vegetation and stuff on earth. Go and see it.
