Pros and Cons

Well there have been some huge pros and cons this week, let us elaborate:

Pros: New TV, its pretty sweet. I really need to get an HDMI cable though, Bioshock doesn't look all that great in 480p or whatev.

Cons: I'm sick. Yuck. I've missed two classes today so far. One of them was a test too...ugh. I have two more classes, I really need to go to the one for a first aid test. I'll see if i'm up to going to math.
-I'd go to the nurse, but this next week is "EFE" week for freshman, which is something I HAVE to do, and if I am quarantined, there's no chance of that. And I would'nt have a ride home today either, which means I would be in the dorms by myself practically for a week-just being sick.

Pray for me, and hope when I see a doctor they can make the sickness go away, or at least lessen it...

Epic

So, this morning I listened to "Freebird" and "Stairway to Heaven". Good stuff. That's about it.

The Weekend

Well, this weekend has certainly been...eventful. So, let us begin.
1) My paper is pretty much done. I just have to do the outline and title page-woot. That art of saturday was just terrible. heh.

2)I ordered me a new tv, it'll be nice to finally have a HD TV.

3)I went to this "Black Tie Affair" charity thinger for Haiti. So, there was poker, blackjack, and other casino games, and dancing. Fun stuff.

4)Today i'm singing in the school's "Hymnfest" or whatever, soo...yeah.

Valentine's Day

So it's Valentine's Day. That's pretty cool. This is the first year i'm not celebrating Singles Awareness Day. Last year's was pretty odd. hahah.

In other news, I really need to get an extension of my history paper...yuck. Not enough time at all.

Soda

So it appears that I have not had any soda to drink since about January 6. That means that i've gone without it for a month! dang! That's a new record for me, for sure.

Not So Fun

Well, this weekend has been not so great for sleep. My roommate's friend stayed in our room and as you can tell from me being up at 8 in the morning on a sunday (i go to church on saturday night), something is wrong. Well, this friend snores. A lot. And loudly. And in every conceivable way. Sometimes it's loud in and out, others it's just loud outwards like Katy blowing her nose. Hours and hours and music just can't compete, he better be out of here before tomorrow night. I just can't take the snoring anymore. It's driving me crazy.

Football Cards

So for the past year my friend has been giving me football cards, mostly of the Chargers, but I also have recieved a few Jon Kitna cards (heh, Jon Kitna) and a Kellen Clemens card. Oh yeah. One of the Jon Kitna and the Clemens are both jersey cards, woot.

So thats pretty exciting, right?
